RPU5AKX_UPLOAD - Short-time work: Upload rates from Excel
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You can use this report to load flat rates for reduced working hours into your system.
Integration
Prerequisites
You need the flat rates in an Excel format that can be read by this report (.xls or .xlsx) with a header row and the following structure:
Weekly working time | Gross remuneration before reduced working hours | Net replacement rate | Minimum gross | Minimum net | Flat rate
Selection
Use the F4 help to select the Excel file with the values or write the path to the file manually. Note that the path, including file name, may not exceed 128 characters.
You can run the report in test mode first to review the data.
As a result of the change of the database design, initial reduced working hours category values occurred for existing entries in the tables T5AK0 and T5AK1 when the related SAP Note was imported. You can use the optional "Transfer Initial Values" function to have the report automatically create additional entries with the existing reduced working hours categories 'Q' and 'K' (reduced working hours with or without measure to improve employability) for this balance.
Standard Variants
Output
After starting the report, the entries to be created for tables T5AK0, T5AK1, T5AK1T, and T5AK2 are displayed consecutively in four lists. Where necessary, Microsoft Excel is opened automatically for the upload, for which you do not need to make any entries.
Activities
After you have executed the report with a database update you need to write the created entries to a transport manually.
To do so, start transaction SM30 for view V_T5AK0. Choose the "Transport" button. Select all entries that are relevant and choose "Include in Request". Then save.
Proceed in the same way for the views V_T5AK1 and T5AK2 (without V). For T5AK2 it is useful to first restrict the entries to the reduced working hours category 'C'.
