Purpose

This report enables you to set default values for Altinn user authentication via the Altinn Communication Framework (ACF) manager tool.

Depending on the authentication method you choose, the password that you store with this report is used as follows:

Authentication Method	Use of Password
Pin code from an Altinn letter	Code 1 in the code letter
Pin code via SMS	Mobile SMS Password

Note

You can store passwords only for the first level of user authentication on the Altinn portal. You must supply any subsequent passwords in the authentication process manually as delivered to you by Altinn, such as in a code letter or via further SMS messages.
