Purpose

Program to implement and change notes in CUD declaration.

For each note, you define a logical condition and a resulting text.

The logical condition and the text can contain internal variables, which are read by the employee’s declaration during the program run.

You can set variables by means of a view. In this way, you can define complex logical conditions for CUD notes.

The program for CUD declaration uses the logical conditions of notes to generate the actual notes in the employee’s declaration.

Prerequisites

1. Define the CUD annual form in table Define parameters for F24/CUD/770 F24/CUD/770;
2. Define the sections of the CUD form in table Define sections of CUD form;
3. Define the CUD box types in table Describe legal form boxes;
4. Define the characteristics of the CUD sections in table Define wage type groups for each form and section;
5. Define the variables to enter the values generated by the CUD declaration program in table Define variables for CUD notes.

Output

These notes are included in section ‘N’ of the program ALV output.

You can define a set of logical conditions with the related texts for each note and subnote.

All subnotes of a note (for example, AU), will be printed in a new paragraph of the CUD declaration.

Among notes, the program creates a new paragraph.

Activities

1. Assign the CUD program code in the report definition table (T5ITUF).
2. By drag and drop in the editor window, select the variables to be used to create the logical conditions and the text of the notes.
3. Select a note and click on ‘View’ to change the selected note or double click on the note itself. In the editor, you can define a logical condition to create a note (top of the screen), and also the note itself (bottom of the screen). As a result, the logical condition will be checked during the program run for the CUD calculation; when the condition is fulfilled, the corresponding note text is included in the employee’s declaration. Both the logical condition and the text of the note.
