RPUCALC_RTEST - XML-based Regression Test for Payroll Switzerland

Purpose

Test help for maintenance and support

You do not usually require this report: Instead, you start the payroll driver directly in order to perform the payroll.

Features

This program simulates one or more program variants of the payroll driver for Switzerland (program 'RPCALCC0' or 'RPCALCC0_CE') and saves parts of the payroll result as an XML file in a predefined directory on the front-end computer.

An auxiliary program, which can compare XML files of the same name in pairs in two directories, can use the differences between the XML files to recognize differences in the behavior of the payroll driver before and after changes to the source text or Customizing.

If the “Test mode” parameter is not selected, then the program will write an XML file to the chosen file directory per executed variant.
