After deletion, original data cannot be restored!!!

After deletion, additional record processing may be impossible -
this aplies in particular to infotypes.

Note that validity of a record
subject to deletion can determine a limit for back calculation.

In addition to, information missing as a result of the deletion may cause
data inconsistency.

Purpose

The program can be used to delete personal data after the exit of an employee
in accordance with the Law on personal data protection.

Integration

The program deletes data from infotypes, payroll results tables/structures
for Czech Republic (cluster RT) and long texts of infotypes.

Features

On the selection screen, enter a date type from infotype IT0041. If
an employee will have a record in IT0041 with the specified date type and date
in the specified program processing period (PN-BEGDA .. PN-ENDDA),
she/he will be included into the processing.

Then, only deletion or listing will take place (as selected using the
"Execute deletion" parameter) as defined in the T5TCL table.
Note: to execute a deletion, password must be entered (=logon name).

Successful deletion requires logging of this report starts
in the T599R table (under
customizing tree Personnel Management - Personnel Administration - Tools -
Revisions - Report start logging) both in online and
batch mode. The program checks this setting and in not found,
no deletion is executed.

The T5TCL table contains the following fields:
TABNAME - table/structure name
FIELDNAME - table/structure field name
CLST - 'X' in case of payroll result object
STRU - 'X' in case of a structure (not a table)
CLRVALUE - character used to replace original data

To delete infotype texts, enter a table name into the TABNAME field
of the infotype (e.g. PA0002 for IT0002) and a value of TX into the FIELDNAME field.

Prerequisites

Examples of table T5TCL content:

* deletion of SI number (IT0002, PERID field)

* deletion of policyholder ID field in table SV of payroll calculation results (MITNR):
T5TCL-TABNAME: SV

* deletion of infotype 0040 text:
T5TCL-TABNAME: PA0040
T5TCL-FIELDNAME: TX
T5TCL-CLRVALUE: value after deletion (space)

Note: Unspecified fields of table T5TCL have an initial value.
