RPUCPCP0 - HR-PT: Update address data according to new postal codes format

Title

Update the records in infotype 0006 and the table T5P2I with postal codes, accoding to the new format.

Purpose

Prerequisites

The customer has not created any codes of their own using status 'F'.

The customer has not created any other table using T5PCP as reference table for postal codes.

Features

Infotype 0006 is read (via the database table), the field for postal codes (PSTLZ) is subsequently checked and updated with the new postal code. Only the "old" postal codes (ending in '-000' with status 'F', just like the first postal codes supplied) are updated.

The same procedure can be used for the entries in table T5P2i (social security institutions).

Finally, the "old" entries in T5PCP are deleted.
