Description
This report checks the user master records
- Infotype 0002 (person's data)
- Infotype 0006 (addresses - permanent residence)
- Infotype 0020 (DCR)
to see whether they comply with the rules of the German Data Entry and Transfer Regulation (DCR).
Parameter:
- Beginning: only infotype records whose end date is after the specified date will be checked.
Checked fields
The following fields of infotype 0002 (person's data) are checked:

GBVOSA | Name prefix of name at birth |

The following fields of infotype 0006 (addresses - permanent residence) are checked:
PLZ | Postal code |
ORT | City |
STR | Street and house number |
ADRZU | c/o |
The following fields of infotype 0020 (DCR) are checked:
STBRF | Position at work |
PERSGR | Employee group key |
Requirements
Output
The report supplies a list of those personnel numbers where one or more fields do not match the rules of DCR. Every infotype record where an error occurred will be listed with the related error code (according to the data record description DCR) and with the wrong field content.
The following error messages could arise:
- Attachment 9 DCR
- It is an inadmissible value according to attachment 9 of the Joint Circular of Umbrella Associations for DCR. For a more precise description of the cause of error please see the long text of the error message in the infotype maintenance.
- Attachment 16 DCR
- The attachment 16 of the Joint Circular of Umbrella Associations for DCR contains the table of eligible combinations of employee group keys and social insurance contribution group keys.
- If this error occurs in the STBRF field, it is an inadmissible combination of position at work (infotype 0020) and social insurance key (infotype 0013).
- If this error occurs in the PERSGR field, then the employee group key (infotype 0020) disagrees either with the field Position at work (infotype 0020) or with the social insurance key (infotype 0013).
- Inadmissible social insurance attribute
- A social insurance attribute from infotype 0013 (primary or secondary attribute) does not match the employee group key in the PERSGR field.
