Purpose

If a new sub process scenario is created in Customizing, there can be inconsistencies in the system since the new sub process is missing for process scenarios that have already been released.

The report looks in infotype 0716 for process scenarios with a final status for which the newly created sub process scenario is missing. An empty record with a final status is created for these process scenarios.

Prerequisites

The new sub process scenario has been created in Customizing.

Selection

  • Personnel Number: The personnel numbers to be processed.
  • Country Grouping: The country grouping for which the entries should be made.
  • New Sub Process Scenario: The new sub process scenario.
