Title

Report for Creating Customizing for the Table-Oriented Data Model

Purpose

You can use this report to fill the following tables with default values:

  • T5A0P,, Personnel Area/Subarea AT
  • T5A0A,, Employer Assignment Unit for Authorities
  • T5A1S,, Employer Account Numbers with Social Insurance Bodies

Your current Customizing for features provides the basis for the default values (see below).

Prerequisites

Before you use this report to generate entries for the aforementioned tables, you must run the report RPUADR00 (Convert Addresses T536A -> T536C). The report RPUADR00 generates address records from the company addresses stored in the table T536A (Addresses). These address records are saved in general address management. The report also generates entries in the table T536C.

Features

The report evaluates the return values for the following features and then determines the default values for the aforementioned tables:

  • ADDR1,,Address key for the table T536A
  • AGNUM,,Employer number
  • DGSVN,,Employer number w/ the SI agency (w/ special characters)
  • DGSV1,,Employer number w/ the SI agency (w/o special characters)
  • DVRNR,,DPR number (data processing register number)
  • FZAMT,,Tax office key
  • GMDNR,,Municipality number

The return values from features that cannot be transferred directly to the new tables are listed separately in the report.

The report checks whether the addresses in the table T536A that are assigned to the personnel subareas can be transferred successfully using the report RPUADR00.

When you run the report, the system lists the default values determined by the report. You can then perform an automatic update for the tables T5A0P, T5A0A, and T5A1S. However, this automatic update is only possible if no entries exist in the tables T5A0A and T5A1S. If entries already exist, a consistent, automatic update cannot be guaranteed.

Important: If the report detects inconsistencies in the table, the database update is not an option. In this case, process the error list manually.

Activities

Run the program in every client in your system:

  1. Start the report.
You access the list screen in which the report displays the default values that it has determined.
  1. Check the default values.
  2. If you want to use these default values for the automatic update, print the report list and archive the list for subsequent analyses. Then, choose Database Update.
The report fills the tables T5A0P, T5A0A, and T5A1S with the default values displayed and creates an update log.
  1. Print the update log and archive it.
  2. During an automatic update of the report, the system does not fill the fields ERMunAccNo (Employer's Municipal Account Number) and Rg (State) in the table T5A0P. Perform this Customizing manually:
    1. In order to insert entries relating to the employer account number for the municipality, go to Customizing for Personal Administration -> Organizational Data -> Organizational Assignment -> Additional Organizational Assignment (Austria) -> Personnel Subareas, and process the step Assign Municipalities. Only save the employer account numbers in this step. Do not make any entries in relation to the municipalities.
    2. To enter states, go to Customizing for Personal Administration -> Organizational Data -> Organizational Assignment -> Additional Organizational Assignment (Austria) -> Personnel Subareas, and process the step Assign States.
  3. The administrator's telephone number for payslip L16, which you determined in the feature TEL16, is not transferred automatically. If you want to maintain the telephone number, you must save it manually in general address management (view V_T536C) under the country grouping 03 and the address type CA:
    1. In the view V_T536C, select an entry and choose (the icon) Address.
      The Edit Address dialog box is displayed.
    2. Enter the administrator's telephone number in the Telephone field in the Communication group box. If you save several telephone numbers, the system takes the number from the Std. field (default number).
  4. Save your company number for unions in Customizing for Payroll Austria under Internal Evaluations -> Specify Union Number.
