Purpose

Display and editing of Unassigned Inbound Notifications in the ELENA notification procedure (electronic remuneration statement).

Integration

The term Inbound Notifications refers to all notifications in the ELENA notification procedure that the Zentrale Speicherstelle (ZSS) (German central storage location) sends to the employer. The notifications involved are

  • Confirmations of the process number
When a request for the assignment of a process number (data record DSVV) was sent for an employee who does not have a pension insurance number, the process number determined is then returned to the employer with a DSVV notification.
  • Error messages
Error messages inform the sender of an ELENA notification through the rejection of a notification by the receiving office (ZSS) due to a technical error in the message content.
The receiving office (ZSS) can reject both monthly earnings notifications (data record MVDS) as well as requests for the assignment of a process number (data record DSVV).

Prerequisites

With this report, only inbound notifications can be processed that could not be assigned to a personnel number in the report Assignment of Inbound Notifications in the ELENA Procedure(RPCELHD0_IN).

Integration

In order to process inbound notifications that were assigned to a personnel number, use the report Administrator List for ELENA Inbound Notifications (RPCELLD0_IN).

Features

Inbound notifications that require manual postprocessing by the administrator can be selected and edited.

Processing of a notification is documented by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a corresponding button. This changes the status of the notification in the database.

Selection

Selection of Notifications group box

You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of the notification to a certain point in time (Run ID).

  • Without time restriction
All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.
  • Run identification
Only notifications with the specified run identification (date, time) are selected.

Function Selection group box

Here, you specify whether you would like to display only notifications that require an action or whether you would like to display all notifications.

Type of Notifications group box

Here you can restrict the selection to one of the two types of inbound notification (error message or confirmation of the process number).

Output

Overview list

The display of the selected inbound notifications initially occurs in an overview list. In this overview list, you can select the notifications and choose the corresponding button to make the desired status changes.

An action or status change is only performed if it is permitted for all selected notifications. When you choose the button, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. Changed notifications are indicated by a yellow symbol in the Processing Status column. To finally save the changes to the database, choose the Save button. Saved changes are shown in the list with a green icon.

Details screen

If you select notifications and choose the Details button, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click for a detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

  • Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields
  • Display of status history
All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order according to the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
