RPUEMU77 - Information notice after EMU currency changeover

Description

Within the framework of the European Monetary Union (EMU), the currency of the loans has to be changed from the old national currency to the euro. You used the report RPUEMU70 to do this. Since the conversion and subsequent smoothing have brought about changes in the installments, it is advisable to inform your employees about this in writing.

You can do so with this report.

It collects all the personnel numbers whose infotype 45 has been changed by the conversion.

Report selection screen

On the selection screen, you can select using the logical database, ie. by personnel areas, payroll areas or any other sets of personnel numbers.

• Form

You can use the SAP sample form by copying it and modifying it to suit your requirements.

• Printer

You can either print in dialog or output immediately. You have the option of displaying a list on the screen.

Preconditions

You must have run the report RPUEMU70 before starting this report.

You should start the report directly after the conversion, because only then can you guarantee that you will receive an information notice for all the converted records

Output

After the report has been run, a list is displayed on the screen informing you of the relevant data and the number of notices created.

Notes

All loans entered after the conversion in the old country currency can no longer be entered with this report!
