RPUERDX0_DISP_LOG - Display Log Table for Information of Employee-Related Data

Purpose

You use report RPUERDX0_DISP_LOG to display the log table THRPAD_ERD_LOG, which logs the execution of the Information of Employee-Related Data (RPLERDX0) report.

Selection

In the Selection group box, you can restrict the hitlist according to your requirements:

• User Name

• Personnel Number

• Date
  Here you can specify a specific period (days).

• Time
  Here you can specify a specific time period (hours and minutes).

• Output Areas
  Here you can specify the output areas to which you want to restrict the entries displayed. These are the output areas that were selected when the Information of Employee-Related Information report (RPLERDX0) was executed.
  Besides the exact entry of an output area, you can also use placeholders (* or +) to select. At the relevant position of the search term, the asterisk (*) serves as a placeholder for any number of characters, the plus symbol (+) as a placeholder for exactly one character.
  
  Example:
  If you enter the term "Personnel Management" into the Output Areas field, only those log table entries are displayed for which Personnel Management was selected as the output area when the Information of Employee-Related Data report (RPLERDX0) was executed.
  If you want to select using placeholders (for example, if the exact name of an output area is not known or too long), you can also enter *Personnel M* into the Output Areas field. This displays all entries for which output areas containing the string Personnel M were selected.

• Reason
  Here you specify the reason for employee information to which you want to restrict the entries displayed. This is the reason for information on employee data that was selected when the Information of Employee-Related Data report (RPLERDX0) was executed.
  For the selection, you can also use placeholders (* or +) here (see output areas example above).
