RPUHSIG0 - HESA 2014/15 Staff Data Conversion

Purpose

The report converts the HESA Staff Data for the 2014/15 period. Infotypes 0614 and 0615 are read for the selected enployees and the following changes are done:

  • The IT0614 record overlapping the beginning of the 2014/15 period (01.08.2014) is split into two records on 01.08.2014.
  • The IT0615 record overlapping the beginning of the 2014/15 period (01.08.2014) is split into two records on 01.08.2014.
  • The value of "Reserach Assistant" field from the new IT0614 record being created on 01.08.2014 is copied to the new IT0615 record being created on 01.08.2014.
  • If the "Research Assistant" migration is not done yet a corresponding warning message is displayed. This covers the following three scenarios:
  • IT0614 is already split but the IT0615 record is not split and the "Reserach Assistant" field is not the same on the two infotype.

  • IT0615 is already split but the IT0614 record is not split and the "Reserach Assistant" field is not the same on the two infotype.

  • Both IT0614 and IT0615 are split but the "Research Assistant" field is not the same on the two infotypes..

Selection

Selection group box, enter the following:

  • Personnel Number
  • Employment status
  • Personnel Area
  • Personnel Subarea
  • Employee Group
  • Employee Subgroup
  • Controlling Area
  • Cost Center
  • Organizational Unit

In the Options group box, enter the following

  • IT0614 Layout
  • IT0615 Layout
  • Test Run

Standard Variants

Output

The following statistics are displayed:

  • Number of employees SELECTED
  • Number of employees REJECTED
  • Number of employees SUCCESSFUL
  • Number of split IT0614 records
  • Number of split IT0615 records

If the report is run NOT in test mode, the following additional statistics are displayed:

  • Number of 0614 update failures
  • Number of 0615 update failures

There are three buttons on the application toolbar to display additional data:

  • IT0614: IT0614 records that have been split
  • IT0615: IT0615 records that have been split
  • Errors: Messages raised during the process

Activities

Choose Program -> Execute.
