RPUINEE0 - Evaluation of INEM responses

Purpose

This program allows the processing of the responses obtained from the SEPE to the hiring communications that have been sent previously.

Features

This program allows the processing of response files received from the SEPE for the different communication types (contract, extension, basic copy and transformations).

When processing the responses received from the SEPE, employee master data (infotype 0016) are updated. Bear in mind that the employee should not be locked by any other process/transaction.

Selection

Fill in the selection screen fields according to your needs.

Select the field "Live Run" to execute the program in live mode, updating the master data of the employees selected, contained and identified in the response file to be processed.

Output

The output is a log with the process result contained in a list of the employees selected and their processing in the system. The employees in the response file either could have been successfully identified or not and their footprints could be updated in the employee master data contract data infotype 0016 (IT 0480) or a problem could arise when trying to update them.
