Report objectives

The program can be used for the re-creation of internal difference table (HU_ADIF, HU_EDIF, HU_ODIF) generated during retroactive accounting from a year to the year prior to it. These tables are required for in-year payroll accounting or for the creation of in-year annual reports (e.g. tax settlement).

The program can be used if:

  • the content of these tables has been generated with errors due to some reasons or
  • wage type settings required for generating differences (table T512W processing class 52) have been retroactively changed

If processing class settings required for difference generation has been retroactively changed (e.g. you want to create appropriate differences related to a wage type to which they have not been created yet, differences created at the original accounting will not change during normal retroactive accounting (that is, for example, the recently set wage type will not appear in difference tables). That is, should such changes retroactively occur in the actual year, difference tables have to be re-generated by using the RPUJRRH0 program.

The RPUJRRH0 program creates difference tables according to the valid settings of table T512W.

Using the report

Starting the report

Report name: RPUJRRH0 - Title.

Selection screen parameters

Standard parameters

Among standard parameters, you should select on the selection screen the employees for which you want to run re-generation.

Other parameters

Reporting year:

Retroactive accounting differences in the previous year will be properly generated in tables HU_ADIF, HU_EDIF, HU_ODIF with regard to this year.

Test:

Difference tables will only be created if this field is not selected.
