RPUJWNN0 - Starting up employee annual statement for sorted output

Purpose

This auxiliary report is used to sort annual tax statements by country and postal code.

The Annual Tax Statement report is executed based on the preselection of the auxiliary report. SAP strongly recommends to use the legal person and the correct person selection period in the preselection. If you execute the auxiliary report in batch mode, three files are sent to the spool, namely the system log files for this and for Annual Tax Statement reports, as well as the forms generated by Annual Tax Statement report.

Example

In 2019 you want to send the statements by post, sorted by country and postal code. In the selection screen under section Time Period select Other Period and, for Person Selection Period, enter 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019. You do not use the Selection on the employment status, since you need a statement for all employees notified in wage return.

Use the standard selection criteria and select the customer variant for Annual Tax Statement report.

Note: The selection registered in this auxiliary report determines who an annual tax statement will be created for.

If you use the Sort Order button, the sorting by country/postal code will not be performed anymore.

Standard Variants

Output

This report does not generate an output: only the Annual Tax Statement report generates the output.
