RPUKLBEWXPRA - Table Conversion Due to DOMA KLBEW NUMC2 to CHAR2

Purpose

Conversion of previous initial value '00' to the new initial value ' '

Integration

Prerequisites

The domain KLBEW was changed from NUMC2 to CHAR2, and activated.

Features

All transparent tables and pool tables that contain at least one field defined by the domain KLBEW are selected.

All records of these tables that contain a field defined with the domain KLBEW and the field content '00' are converted.

If affected customer-specific tables are not to be converted, the affected fields must be defined with a customer-specific data element.

The program can be resumed and can be used as XPRA.

Selection

• Database Update?
  If the conversion is to be performed as a test initially, the checkbox must not be selected. Instead of a COMMIT WORK, a ROLLBACK WORK is set after the table change in order to receive the original data.

• Convert PA0572?
  Database table for infotype 0572 HR Public Sector Great Britain Absence Evaluation
  Select this field if you are using Payroll: Great Britain.

• Convert Declustered Tables?
  Database tables "Declustering Tools" (see Customizing)
  Conversion is only necessary is special cases since the content from payroll results can be restructured.
