RPULAMN0 - Wage Return: Mass Download Tool

Purpose
Due to the encoding of the wage returns introduced with SBR (Standard Business Reporting), the wage return XML files are no longer readable. To make them available for purposes / processes outside SAP, this report downloads the XML file(s) of the selected wage returns which have the status "Sent", "To be Sent" or "OK"".
NOTE: You cannot use the downloaded XML file(s) to notify the Tax Office. You use the dedicated channels FTP, WUS or 3PP, instead.
Integration
Prerequisites
The XML files are stored in the SAP TemSe directory: SAP recommends to start the cleanup procedure of this directory only if you do not need its content anymore.
The wage returns have been created after the implementation of SAP Note 2416350.
To create or change data, your role profile must have been assigned to value 01 in the Authorization Object for Dutch Electronic Declaration (P_NL_LA06).
Features
Selection
You can select the required legal person and in-period (period and year).
If you leave the field In-Period blank, the system processes the wage returns for all In-Periods in the year with a maximum of 12 (in case of monthly wage return) or 13 (in case of four-weekly wage return).
If you leave the field Legal Person blank, the system processes the wage returns for all legal persons with correct status, respecting the In-Period and In-Period Year selection.
Standard Variants
Output
The log displays the results of the processing for every selected legal person(s), In-Period(s) and In-Period Year.
NOTE: The system only downloads the most recently created XML file.
