RPULULI0 - Single Book SB cluster

Purpose

Report for the Libro Unico del Lavoro.

This program copies the time data (Time Management) and some data coming from the master into the LU cluster table.

Integration

If the SAP Time Management module is used, the time data is copied from the B2 cluster to the LU cluster.

If an external Time Management module is used, this programm offers the possibility to import the file with the time data for the ZL tables (table of the time wage types) and PT (table of the time recording).

Further master data is copied from the T5ITMD table to the LU cluster.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

This program uses the PNP logic database to access the master data.

In the area “Start of the selection period” enter the month and the year for which the program must enter the data.

Standard Variants

By selecting the “test” checkbox the program can be executed in test mode and the generated data is not saved on the LU cluster but they will be shown only in an output log.

On the contrary (checkbox not checked) the generated data will be saved on the LU cluster.

Output

The output of this program has an ALV layout.

If the processing does not contain errors, you will display a list of employees processed correctly, of those processed with warnings and of those processed with errors.

• With a double click on the “List of the processed employees” you check the correctness of the employees’ data which has been processed.

• Select an employee and by clicking “View” you display the tables which for that employee have been processed and saved and the number of entries saved for each of these tables.

If the processing contains errors, the program creates subfolders:

• “List of generic messages”, more generic;

• “List of messages per employee” which refers to the processing of a specific employee.

Activities

If a non-SAP Time Management module is used the data is loaded by using the area “Interfaces”. The structure of the ZL and PT tables is displayed by using “?”.

The input file must not contain spaces between a piece of data and another, starting from

The same procedure applies to the PT table.
