Title
Delimit Infotype 0069 for COMPS Schemes (RPUNICG0_IT0069)
Purpose
This report changes the obsolete National Insurance Contributions (NIC) categories assigned to employees in National Ins. GB(0069) infotype, to valid categories. Effective April 6, 2012, the Contracted out Money Purchase (COMPS) pension schemes are phased out by the authorities.
This report identifies the employees assigned with obsolete NIC categories and replaces them with the corresponding valid categories as listed below:
- F to A
- Gto B
- H to R
- Sto J

Prerequisites
Features
Selection
In the Selection group box, select the employees and the payroll area for which you want to identify employees who are still assigned with obsolete NIC categories and change the phased out NIC categories.
Processing Options
If you select the Test Mode checkbox, this report does not modify the Master Data. If you deselect this checkbox, the report changes the NIC categories of the selected employees who have been assigned phased out categories.
Standard Variants
Output
This report displays on an ALV screen, the statistics with the number of the employees selected for processing and the number of National Ins. GB(0069) infotype records delimited.
Select the Delimited Records button on the ALV screen if you want to view the personnel numbers of employees whose NIC categories have been changed.
