Purpose

You use this report to investigate notification files received from Belgian social insurance authorities. Notification files are received as part of the electronic data exchange relating to social insurance declarations.

Integration

To investigate the processing status of data exchanged with statutory authorities, you can use the Status Handler Viewer (RPDHDL9S) in conjunction with the B2A Manager (H99_B2AMANAGER).

To investigate the XML files associated with declarations, you can navigate directly from the B2A record, or use the Generic TemSe Viewer (DAQ based) (RPUTMS9S) and XML Data (RPUXMD9S) reports.

Prerequisites

You have completed necessary Customizing for Payroll Belgium under Social Insurance > Notification File Settings.

Features

Note, this report does not make database changes, rather it provides an alternative means of investigating and analyzing notification file data.

Selection

  • The type of form is displayed, as follows, according to the TemSe object that you have entered in the TemSe Object field below:
  • Dimona notification files use form type DINO

  • DmfA notification files use the form type DMNO

  • DmfAPPL notification files use the form type DPNO

  • Social Risk notification files use form type U5NOfor the unemployment scenario (UN05) and A1NO for the Allowances scenario (AL01). If you have your own scenarios, select the corresponding form type.

  • DmfA Simulation Notification Files use the form type DMNO

  • DmfAPPL Simulation Notification Files use the form type DPNO

  • You specify the required TemSe object file name, as follows:
  • You can use the XML Data (RPUXMD9S) report to identify the required file.

  • To restrict the list of possible TemSe objects, specify a Personnel Country Grouping (MOL) parameter ID as part of your user profile parameters.

  • You specify the organizational selection criteria. Note that if you do not enter a personnel number of a selection of personnel numbers, the system retrieves all personnel numbers (not recommended for larger companies).
  • You can make further selections according to display or analysis requirements, as follows.
  • Filtering options enable you to display file contents by anomaly or anomaly class. Anomalies have unique identifiers that are common to all types of social insurance notification file. Anomaly classes correspond to classifications provided by the statutory authorities

  • Employee data options enable you to display employee records with anomalies (warnings or errors), without anomalies, or all employee records contained in the notification file

  • Additional display options enable you to display the file contents either by employee record (by personnel number), or according to the section/ field in the corresponding declaration

Standard Variants

Output

The report output contains a log with the notification file data that corresponds to the filtering and display options specified.

The summary log information contains reference and statistical data regarding the selected notification file contents; this includes reference data regarding the notification file (for example its unique form identifer), as well as processing statistics (for example, the number of errors).

  • If you chose to display notification file results by employee record, then the relevant notification file contents are displayed by personnel number
  • If you chose to display file contents by section/ field, then the relevant notification file contents are displayed by error

Example

You want to analyse a notification file that relates to a recent Dimona declaration. The declaration has been submitted to the Belgian authorities, and the corresponding notification file has been received.
You want to check the notification file for error and warning messages. In particular, you want to see if there messages that relate to a consistent section of the declaration.

In the Form Type field, you specify form DINOfor a Dimona declaration, and then select the TemSe object file name that corresponds to the file received.

You select the Employees with anomalies radio button, as you want to analyze and take action for those employee records with errors or warnings. You select the Output by Section/ Field radio button so that you can more quickly identify consistent errors in the data.
