Description

You can use this report to display keys and a small number of control fields of records in file PCL4 and to delete specific individual records from PCL4.

If you want to delete data records, flag the Delete? indicator. The system displays the Display and Delete Single Records from File PCL4. Select the data record that you want to delete and choose Functions -> Delete. The data records are deleted.

If you do not flag the indicator, the data records in PCL4 will only be displayed.

C A U T I O N

The report is to be used in implementation and test phases. You should not use the report in the productive system, since deletions here can result in inconcistencies in data records.

Note

No extents are displayed but are likely to be deleted.
