RPUPAD00_SEPA_UPDATE_MANDATES - Change Flagged SEPA Mandates

Purpose
The program RPUPAD00_SEPA_UPDATE_MANDATES is used to perform the flagged change to an IBAN in SEPA mandates.
Integration
Prerequisites
SEPA mandates can be flagged automatically for change if the IBAN changes in the future when the main bank details are changed (infotype 0009, subtype 0). This flagged change is performed only if the following BAdI implementations are active:
- In BAdI HRPAD00INFTY, the implementation for HRPAD00_SEPA_MANDATE for maintaining infotypes using transaction PA30.
- In BAdI HRPAD00INFTYDB, the implementation for HRPAD00_SEPA_MANDATE for maintaining infotypes using ESS applications.
Neither of these BAdI implementations are active in the standard SAP system.
Features
The program is started by defining a key date. The program selects all flags stored in table HRPAD00_SEPA_UPD with a date on or before the key date specified on the selection screen.
For the personnel numbers entered in the preselection, it is checked whether the mandate entered in the preselection still exists actively and that no new mandate version has been generated since the preselection. If both of these are true, the IBAN for the main bank details (infotype 0009, subtype 0) that is valid on the key date is transferred to the mandate.
After a mandate has been changed successfully, the flagged entry is deleted from table HRPAD00_SEPA_UPD.
Selection
In addition to defining a key date, other criteria from the logical database PNP can be used to restrict the processing to particular personnel numbers.
If a mandate is now no longer active, or a new mandate version has been generated since preselection, the flagged entry is obsolete. If the Delete Obsolete Flags selection parameter has been selects, these obsolete flags are deleted from table HRPAD00_SEPA_UPD when the program is run productively.
