Purpose

You use this program for data destruction using archiving object HR: Public Sector/Pension/Retro. Pension Insurance (HRCDEPS_VN).

You use the preprocessing program to select the public-sector-specific master data to be destroyed. For preprocessing for the destruction of data, the program generates a run ID that is used in the related write program RPUPADDE_ARC_HRCDEPS_WRI to write the data that is to be destroyed to a temporary archive file.

During the preliminary phase, no data is deleted from the database.
