RPUPADRU_GARLOADER - GAR Loader

Purpose
You use this report to import data from the GAR address database into your system. You use the GAR database only to verify address data that you enter in the Russia-specific address maintain functionality such as Addresses infotype (0006), Legal Properties infotype (1655), Addresses of Organizations (t7ru9a) and Main state registration numbers (T77PADRU_OGRN).
This report runs on parallel processes to reduce uploading time. You can configure the number of parallel processes using Maintain Number of Parallel Sessions for GAR Loader. Parallel jobs start immediately when the report runs. If you want to delay the launch of the uploading processes, you can run the whole report with delayed launch.
Integration
Prerequisites
Before running the report, you must:
- Save the XML files with address data from the Federal Tax Authority to the application server.
- Customize the logical file name HR_RU_GAR in transaction Logical File Name, Client-Specific with the following data:
- Log. File – HR_RU_GAR
- Data format – DIR
- Applicat.area – HR
- Logical path – HR_RU_GAR
- Set the client for uploading data in the Specify Client for GAR Local Data StorageCustomizing activity.
- Use the Set Message Control for GAR Tools Customizing activity to enable information about the loaded GAR database in other clients than the current. Edit message 020 from HRPADRU_GAR class.

You run this report from the SAP Easy Access Menu for Human Resources under Payroll -> Europe -> Russia -> Information System -> Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Address Database -> GAR Tools-> GAR Loader (transaction HRPADRU_GARLOADER).
