Purpose

You use this report to delete records from local GAR database tables such as HRPADRU_D_GARADM, HRPADRU_D_GARAL, HRPADRU_D_GARAO, HRPADRU_D_GARAOP, HRPADRU_D_GARAT, HRPADRU_D_GARHAT, HRPADRU_D_GARHOP, HRPADRU_D_GARHS, HRPADRU_D_GARHT, HRPADRU_D_GARMUN and HRPADRU_D_GARPT.

Integration

Prerequisites

You want to delete records from the GAR address database in the system client specified in Customizing activity Specify Client for GAR Local Data Storage.

Features

The report allows you to perform the following tasks:

  • Show the count of records that can be deleted from the selected local GAR database in test mode.
  • Delete records from selected tables in the local GAR database in production mode.

Selection

On the selection screen, you specify the parameters as required.

If you want to display the result without deletion from database tables, you can select the Test mode checkbox.

Depending on the task that you want the program to perform, you can define the selection criteria as follows:

Task Data Selection
Show the count of records for deletion - Select Test mode.
- Select checkboxes in the Tables for content deletion section.
See the statistics information in the log. Records are not deleted in test mode.
Delete records - Select Productiveto deselect the Test mode.
- Select checkboxes in the Tables for content deletion section.
You can choose municipal data and administrative-territorial data separately or together to be counted in test mode or deleted in the productive run.

You run this report from the SAP Easy Access Menu for Human Resources under Payroll -> Europe -> Russia -> Information System -> Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Address Database -> GAR Tools-> GAR Deletion (transaction HRPADRU_GAR_DEL).
