Purpose

This program is used to convert the payroll results during an upgrade from version 4.70. SAP recommends that you launch this tool in test mode before launching it in live mode.

Selection

  • Customer: if you do not populate this field, the program processes all of the customers.
  • PCL2 key: is the cluster key which corresponds to the personnel number and the sequential number. To identify the concerned employee, check the corresponding cluster content which contains this key.
    Example:
    With program H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT,you can display data regarding employee 0100468400492,and compare the conversion result with the existing result of version 4.70.
  • Test: enables you to launch the process without saving the data. Furthermore, with this attribute you can check in the log if the test mode conversion has passed or if anomalies occured.
