RPUPRFN0 - Pension Return: Send Return and Get Confirmation via Web Service

Purpose

The report Pension Return: Send Return and Get Confirmation via Web Service (RPUPRFN0) reads the latest pension return file and sends it to the pension provider via Web service.

You can process multiple legal persons of a given pension provider at the same time.
Note that, if you want to execute the program, the status of the corresponding pension return file in the B2A manager must be XML created, XML uploaded, XML downloaded.

In case the pension return is successfully sent and the confirmation from the pension provider has been successfully obtained, the status in the B2A manager is updated to Return Sent and then to Confirmation Received.

In case no response is received or an error occurs while sending the file, the status remains unchanged and a B2A breakpoint is added.

If the connection is successful and an error is received from the pension provider, the status is updated to Return Rejected.

Integration

Prerequisites

Your role profile must have been assigned to value B1 (Display permitted values) in the Authorization Object for Dutch Electronic Declaration (P_NL_LA06).

Selection

Legal Person:
Select the relevant legal person(s) for which you want to send your pension return via Web service. Based on permitted B2A statuses and your authorizations, the pension return(s) of the selected legal person(s) will be sent to the pension provider.

Pension Provider:
Enter the relevant pension provider.

Standard Variants

Output

The program provides an output list of all processed legal persons and displays the log results in a tree containing the following information:

• The General Messages inform you about any general errors and warnings during processing. Each displayed message contains an overall status, as well as a message text and a long text, if relevant, describing potential issues.

• For each processed pension return, the tree structure displays an individual node which contains information such as success messages, specific errors, and response data from the pension provider.
