RPUPRPN0 - Pension Return: Check Master Data

Purpose
This report is used to check if the following infotypes are correctly maintained for the selected persons within the scope of the pension return:
- Organizational Assignment (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
- Addresses (0006) (Note that the subtypes of the feature to be checked Define Subtype Sequence for Address Format (ADDRS) are used, if applicable with report category CALC)
- Social Insurance NL (0059)
- Fiscal Data NL (0060)
- Pensions NL (0110)
- Pension Return NL (3274)
Incomplete or incorrect pension returns will be rejected by the pension return authority (PUO). We therefore advise you most strongly to run this report at least once before creating the first pension return.
If necessary, follow the instructions as described in the long texts of the messages, to solve any errors. Here, you can use the standard ALV functions.

Features
This report only carries out the checks that are needed for the pension return. Checks that are common to both wage return and pension return are carried out in the Wage Return: Check Master Data (RPULAEN0) report.
Selection
Select the field Only display errorsto display only error messages and to optimize the performance of the report.
Select the field Exclude Inactive Employees to exclude persons from the master data check who are inactive and no longer selected for payroll, as maintained in infotype Payroll status (0003).
Select the field Exclude Locked Employeesto exclude from the master data check persons who are locked for payroll as maintained in infotype Payroll status (0003).
Excluding non-relevant data makes the results of the check clearer.

Output
The output screen displays the messages related to all personnel numbers for the selected pension provider.
