Purpose

You run this report to display the status of all the Social Risk declarations that have been initiated. You can display an overview of the SRD declarations by employee or by sector/scenario.

The report enables you to carry out the following activities:

  • Easily access and retrieve SRD declarations and their statuses for one or more employees to follow up on these declarations in case of errors.
  • Analyze the rejection reasons of the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ONSS) for a declaration without having to check each employee in transaction PA30.
  • Detect delays in replies coming from the RSZ/ONSS, either due to problems in the transfer/receiving process from your side or due to external issues at the RSZ/ONSS.

Integration

You can use this report within the new automatic detection framework for Social Risk Belgium.

Prerequisites

  • Optional:
If you use the standard scenarios provided by SAP, AL01 (Declaration of incapacity allowances) and UN05 (Monthly declaration of temporary unemployment), you can either use the standard ALV structure or create your own customer-specific ALV structure. To create your own customer-specific ALV structure, add the name of this structure to the ALV Structure Name field in view V_T5BR1. If you do not add any names to this field, the report displays the default ALV view.
  • Mandatory:
If you use a customer-specific scenario, you must create your own customer-specific ALV structure. To create your own customer-specific ALV structure, add the name of this structure to the ALV Structure Name field in view V_T5BR1.

Features

Selection

You can run the report for one or more employees or alternatively, in the Execution Options screen area, you can select a sector and scenario and a generation date. In addition, you can save your own layout variant and use it as selection parameter.

In the Notification File Status Selection Options screen area you can filter the declarations based on the notification file status. These options correspond to the notification file statuses displayed in the Notification File Status (NOTI_STATS) column of the output:

  • Open: Notification files which have not been received yet (neither accepted nor rejected yet).
  • Rejected: Notifications with status "Rejected" by the RSZ/ONSS.
  • Accepted: Notifications with status "Accepted" by the RSZ/ONSS.

The declarations are displayed according to the information stored in the B2A Follow-Up Actions (3331) infotype.

Standard Variants

Output

The output displays an ALV list which contains, among others, the following fields (you can sort and filter the output according to your needs):

  • Employee's Personnel Number: if you click on a personnel number, transaction PA30 is opened for that personnel number.
  • The Risk Key is used in the automatic detection for SRD to detect differences between declarations. A change of key leads to a cancellation.
  • The Risk ID is retrieved from the original declaration.
  • Personal Calender View: if you click on this field, the personal calendar of the selected personnel number is displayed for the year corresponding to the social risk declaration.
  • Declaration Type: original document, modified document or cancellation. If you click on the declaration type, the related TemSe form is opened.
  • Status and Status Description in the Status Handler Viewer (RPDHDL9S).
  • B2A Status: if you click on the B2A status, the B2A Manager (H99_B2AMANAGER) is opened.
  • Receipt and Notification File Status:if you click on the status of the receipt or notification file, the related TemSe form is opened.
  • Reference Number sent by the RSZ/ONSS (PA3331-REFMN) and Reference Number in the TemSe (RENBR).
  • User who is running the B2A Manager.

Activities

To call this report (transaction code PC00_M12_SRD_MONI), on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources → Payroll → Europe → Belgium → Subsequent Activities → Period-independent → Reporting → Social Risk Declaration → SRD Monitoring Report.
