RPUSVDD0 - Import Company Number File V2.0 (Obsolete)

Purpose
This report loads the company number file from the health insurance funds into the system.
This report is obsolete. The subsequent report is called RPUSVDD1.
Integration
You must start this report if you are using the e-mail procedure with the health insurance funds (as part of the Communication with Authorities (B2A) function). This ensures that the required data is available in the system for dispatch via e-mail.
Prerequisites
First load the company number file from the health insurance fund on your local PC:
- To do this, goto http://www.gkv-ag.de
- Choose Grundlagen (Basics) -> Download Betriebsnummerndatei (Download Company Number File)
- Select the current company number file as a self-extracting archive (version 2)
Note that the company number file (version 1) is not supported.
To be able to load the company number file, you need to have transaction code authorization (authorization object S_TCODE) for the report transaction (transaction PC00_M01_RPUSVDD0). Alternatively, you can use your own implementation of the authorization check for the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAY00_B_AUTH_TCODE.
Features
The report reads the data from the file and updates the entries in the table "HI Receiving Office for E-Mail Procedure" (T5D4T).
Note that the report does not process a company number file with a creation date that is after the creation date of the most recently imported company number file.

The system lists all the company numbers together with the corresponding data that is new or different from the saved data.
