Purpose

You can use this program to convert the Customizing tables for social insurance public sector Austria.

Prerequisites

You can only execute the report if the following conditions are met:

  • You execute the report in your customer client, meaning a client other than (000).
  • The target tables T5APBS17 (Correction Wage Types for SI Public Sector) and T5APBS18 (Maximum and Minimum Contribution Bases) do not have any entries.
If this is not the case, you must first delete the entries.
  • The (target) features AV17R and AV18R are not filled.
If this is not the case, you must first delete the features.

Features

The program reads tables T5APBS07 (Correction Wage Types for SI Public Sector) and T5APBS08 (Maximum and Minimum Contribution Bases) and converts the data using a separate feature in each case in table T5APBS17 and T5APBS18.

The data from table T5APBS07 is split into the following two groups:

  • On part of the data contains the various constellations of SI group, SI body and technical contribution group. This data is written to feature AV17R and assigned to an SI grouping (SVGRP) return value. For each new constellation, the SI grouping is increased by 1. This results in a unique assignment between the various value triple (SI group, SI body and technical contribution group) and SI grouping.
  • The other part of the data (org. assignment, type of contribution or contribution amount, storage type, validity period, arithmetic operator, priority, percent, reduced, wage type distribution) is written to Customizing table T5APBS17 with the SI grouping stored in the feature.

The content of table T5APBS08 is written to feature AV18R and table T5APBS18 in the same way.

Output

The report first carries out the conversion without writing the data to the database, and issues an ALV list in which you can check the content of the source and target tables.

The actual conversion does not take place until you - after checking - choose Execute again and confirm the prompt asking whether you really want to convert the data.

Note

After the conversion of tables T5APBS07 and T5APBS08, you must carry out various subsequent activities. Proceed as follows:

  1. Close report RPUSVTA0PBSRA.
  2. Activate the automatically generated features AV17R and AV18R.
To do this, call transaction PE03. In field Feature enter AV17R or AV18R and choose Activate (function key: F6).
  3. Transport the activated features AV17R and AV18R.
In transaction PE03 enter AV17R or AV18R in feature AV17R again and choose Change. In the menu bar, choose Feature --> Transport --> Include in Request and transfer the feature to a suitable transport request.
