Purpose

This report updates the superannuation choice fund data to the Table for Superannuation SuperChoices (V_T5QSC). When you maintain an employee's Superannuation fund record in the Superannuation Australia (0220) infotype, the system reads the Table for Superannuation Super Choices (T5QSC) and defaults the pre or post tax fund details.

Selection

Specify the following details from the Selection Screen Data group box:

  • Client
  • Fund Code
  • Super Australian Business Number
  • Unique Superannuation Identifier
  • FI Account Number and Name
  • Customer Reference Number

You can choose to upload your superannuation fund choice data either in an excel file or a text file. System also displays the path of these files. You can also choose to delete a record.

Upload Options

Besides the selection screen options, the report can also obtain fund information from a text or excel file. To obtain information from an external source, enter the path to the file in the File Path field.

You should maintain the fund information within the files in the following format:

  • Fund Code can consist of four characters
  • Super Australian Business Number should consist of fourteen digits
  • Fund Number should consist of eleven digits
  • Begin and end date as DD/MM/YYYY
  • Super Product Identification Numbercan consist of twenty digits

Note

If you are uploading fund information from a file, ensure that the files do not have a title (header).

For a text file, separate the fund details with a Tab.

Deletion

To delete a fund, specify the details of the fund on the selection screen or enter the path to the file where the information is present.

You must also choose Deletein the Uploading Options section.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on the information maintained in the file that you have uploaded, system maintains this data in the Table for Superannuation SuperChoices.

Activities

  1. You can access the report using the transaction PC00_M13_SWCQ.
  2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
  3. To execute the report, choose Program-> Execute.
