Purpose

You use the DmfA(PPL) - Checkmonitor (RPUSWSB0) report to analyze the wage types involved in the DmfA declarations and to display an error message if the wage type split configuration is misleading or not correct.

The DmfA Report (RPCDMFB0) only takes into consideration those wage types that count on the appropriate wage type split. Therefore, any wage types having inconsistencies between their Results Table(RT) split and the table Forms: Wage type source group definition (T5F99FW) or the table Forms: wage type source group customer extension (T5F99FX) will not be included in the calculation, leading to wrong DmfA declarations.

Integration

You run this report before running the DmfA Report (RPCDMFB0), which enables you to generate or update multifunctional declarations (DmfA) on a quarterly basis.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs. If you do not enter a personnel number or a selection of personnel numbers, the system processes all personnel numbers. Note that this is not recommended for larger companies.

In addition, in the Check Options screen area, you can select the Check SI Split Indicatorcheckbox if you want to check if the Social Insurance (SI) split indicator has been set for the DmfA relevant wage types.

Standard Variants

Output

The output displays the wage types with error messages:

  • These wage types will not be processed correctly in the DmfA Report (RPCDMFB0). You must ensure that these wage types have their corresponding split in table RT as they are shown in table Forms: Wage type source group definition (T5F99FW) or table Forms: wage type source group customer extension (T5F99FX). To check the wage types, go to the Customizing activity Forms: Wage type source group definition.

Note:

If the wage types are are free of inconsistencies they are not displayed in the output. In this case, you can move on and run the DmfA Report (RPCDMFB0).

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources → Payroll → Europe → Belgium → Subsequent Activities → Other Periods → Reporting → Social Insurance: Quarterly Declaration → DmfA(PPL) - Checkmonitor.

Example

The following three examples explain the two different types of outputs:

  • All the wage types are correct:
  • All the wage types in table Forms: Wage type source group definition (T5F99FW) or table Forms: wage type source group customer extension (T5F99FX) have wage type splits that match those of the Results Table(RT).

  • There is an error message for wage type /xxx:
  • If wage type /xxx has no split in the Results Table (RT) and it is listed in table Forms: Wage type source group definition(T5F99FW) or table Forms: wage type source group customer extension (T5F99FX), either the customizing or the creation of the wage type is probably not correct.

(T5F99FW) or table Forms: wage type source group customer extension (T5F99FX), either the customizing or the creation of the wage type is probably not correct.
