Title

Conversion of the table Employer Account Numbers for Social Insurance Bodies (T5A1S) to table Employer Account Numbers for Social Insurance Bodies (Time-Dependent) (T5A1S_NEW)

Purpose

The report uses the entries in the obsolete table T5A1S to generate default entries for the view V_T5A1S_NEW (Employer Account Numbers for Social Insurance Bodies (Time-Dependent)). You can then save these defaults automatically by updating the database.

Integration

If you make manual changes in Customizing, you need to run the report again to be able to generate correct entries in the view Employer Account Numbers for Social Insurance Bodies (Time-Dependent).

Selection

  • Parameters for Table Conversion

On the report selection screen, you define whether you want to run the report for the current client only, or across all clients (with the exception of the SAP delivery client 000). If you make the changes in one client only, you need to use a transport request to distribute the entries to the relevant clients.

Entries that already exist in table T5A1S_NEW are not overwritten.

  • Selection field Conversion for SI Groups (SO_SVGR)

Entering a value in this field enables you to restrict for which SI groups (field ASVGR) the report is to perform a conversion. In your customer-specific system there may also be entries for SI groups that are obsolete and do not need to be converted. In the standard SAP system, this is the SI groups with the internal key 8 (field T5A1A-ASVGI), Employee-Like Employment.

On Initialization, table T5A1A in all clients is searched according to this criterion and the select option is preset with the related SI groups. You can change this default setting if you also wish to enhance your own SI groups.

Activities

Before running the report, check whether the detailed information on the employer assignment to authorities is defined correctly in the view V_T5A1S.

The report issues the following lists:

  • Notification list
    Before you can save the default values by updating the database, a notification list is displayed. Use this list to check whether you need to correct any incorrect Customizing settings.
  • Output list of the report
    The output list informs you of potential further activities that you need to perform before saving the default values to table T5A1S_NEW.
  • If the default values seem plausible, use the Database Update function key to save.
    The system displays a list of database changes made and a new notification list. The report also provides information on further action required after saving the default values.

Note that you make manual changes individually in each client.
