Purpose

TASY is the new communication channel between the Austrian social insurance authorities and payroll software manufacturers. This communication channel is used to define the pay scale systems.

The Main Association of Austrian Social Security Institutions has made the pay scale system available in XML format on the basis of the documentation "TASY_Schnittstellenbeschreibung_XML.pdf". This information enables payroll software manufacturers to automatically update software system changes.

Program Import the Export File into TASY Tables imports the XML export file in your SAP system and converts the data into TASY-relevant database tables (T5ATASY_*).

Integration

Prerequisites

You have downloaded the XML export file for payroll software manufacturers and stored it locally.

Features

Selection

  • Field File Name: Use the input help to select the locally saved xml export file.
  • Field TASY source:In this field, you store the source of the applicable pay scale system, for example, <system> <client><year>.
  • Checkbox "New Version for Difference":
  • If you select the checkbox and there is a difference in at least one table, a new version will be created.

  • If there is a new version, but no difference between the old and new version in a table, the entries of the old version will be deleted.

  • In one table that contains different entries compared to the previous version, the previous entries are not deleted. The different entries are located in "Obsolete Entries". The valid entries are saved with the new version.

  • If you do not select the checkbox, the previous highest version number will be used and all the entries will be overwritten again.

  • We recommend a new version if the Austrian social insurance authorities publish a mid-year adjustment of the pay scale system.

  • Group box "Mode": You can execute the program in simulation or production mode (with database update).

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates an HCM application log with the following entries:

  • An entry for table TASY Version, in which a TASY version with source, date, and time is generated for administration purposes. The source and version are also used in other T5ATASY tables.
  • Two-level entries: Each entry includes the main table and any dependent tables (T5ATASY*_LIST). The entries are marked as new, obsolete, or deleted.
  • The content of the tables remains in the system in which the XML file was imported.

Activities

  1. Select the XML export file from the input help of the File Namefield.
  2. Define whether or not you want a new version to be generated in the event of differences.
  3. Define whether to execute the program in simulation or production mode.
    Note:We recommend first executing the program in simulation mode.
  4. Execute the program.
