Title
W-4 Withholding Allowances Report
Purpose
This report checks employees' Infotype 0210 W-4 Withholding Info.records to find cases where employees have claimed:
- More allowances than allowed by that tax authority
- More allowances than the mandated values in the employee's Infotype 0161 IRS Mandates record for that tax authority
- A filing status different from the filing status on Infotype 0161 IRS Mandates

Activities
- Specify the period and employee population for which you want to run the report.
- Choose Execute.
Output
The report output is sorted by tax jurisdiction, with the jurisdiction's allowance threshold displayed under the jursisdiction name.
For each tax jurisdiction, the report displays the following information for each employee (from left to right):
