Description

Pay increase regarding personnel promotion will be processed by this program.

This program creates the batch input session to change the pay scale group and level in infotype 0008 (Basic pay) for the employees indicated to be processed in infotype 0147 (Personnel appraisals JP).

  1. The number of difference in group (default=1) will be stored into infotype 0147 (Personnel appraisals JP) while creating the infotype.
  2. Select the employees to be processed via report RPUTRFJ3.
  3. Execute this program.
  4. Create infotype 0008 (Batch input session). The employees will be re-assigned to the appropriate level in the new pay scale group. The lowest level among the levels which have more amount than the current basic pay will be searched from the pay scale (table T510).

Requirements

  1. Set up table T510U using view V_510U_C
    The chain of the pay scale group is defined in T510U.

Output

Batch input session to create the new record of infotype 0008.

The log will be reported after the execution.

Program parameters

  1. Appraisal period
    Please enter the period which is same as the infotype record. If not, the last entry valid in this period will be read.
  2. Pay increase date
    Begin date of the new infotype record. End date is set on high-date.
  3. Wage type for basic pay
    Wage type for basic pay must be entered. The program will check the indirect valuation module is 'TARIF' and its version is 'A' or 'B' to access the pay scale (table T510).
  4. Generate batch input session ?
    You can execute this report without creating BI session if deactivating this checkbox. Only the log is reported (simulation).
