Description

This report is used for deleting HR objects in the TemSe.

Requirements

The feature TEMSE (see transaction PE03) is used to determine how long an HR object remains in the TemSe. The standard SAP version specifies 30 days, but you can specify a different period by changing the entry for the object identifier. The date on which a TemSe object will be deleted is determined at the time it is created. This report checks whether the current system date falls after the delete date given in the TemSe object. Where this is the case, the TemSe object is deleted.

The system outputs a list showing the number and volume of the objects selected for deletion and objects actually deleted.

A list of all the objects selected for deletion or actually deleted is output if specified.
