RPUTVOED0 - Transfer to Collective Agreement Public Sector

Description

Program for transferring salaried and hourly-paid employees (federal and local authority) to the TVoeD

Features

Report RPUTVOED0 is used to reassign the following data for employees according to the new collective agreement for the public sector (TVoeD):

• Employee group and subgroup

• Pay scale type

• Pay scale group

• Pay scale level

The report creates a batch input session of the transfer data on the basis of the Transfer Coll.Agr. in PS action.

The master data information for the key date of the delimitation is saved in table PDPBSTVOED_UEB so that it can be used later, for example, to calculate structure equalization.

The following infotypes are delimited and filled for the key date of the transition:

• Actions (0000)

• Organizational Assignment (0001)

• Planned Working Time (0007)

• Basic Pay (0008)

• Contract Elements (0016) (provided that infotype records exist)

• Family-Related Bonuses (0595) (provided that infotype records exist)

Using Business Add-In (BAdI) TVoeD: User Exit for Individual Overriding of Field Contents (HRPBSDE_TVOED), you can make customer-specific adjustments by overriding the transfer data.

Prerequisites

Important:

All employee data related to:

• Marital status

• Pay scale grouping

• Pay scale level

must be up to date on the key date of the transition.

Selection

You can make the following entries on the selection screen:

• Period group box:

• Below the Other Period radio button, enter the key date of the transition in the Person Selection Period field.
  The system proposes 01.10.2005 as the key date.
  Note:
  Since the transition occurs on a specific date, the person selection period simply refers to one day. This means that the End Date of Person Selection Period field is not required.

• Selection group box:

• Restrict the person group (by personnel number, personnel area, and employment status, such as active or inactive).

• Additional Selection Criteria

• Enter the predefined action type/reason for the transition.
  The action type OT (Transfer Coll.Agr. in PS) is entered by default.

• Enter the key date of the transition.
  The key date 01.10.2005 is entered by default for the person selection.

• New TVoeD Wage Types group box:

• Enter the wage types that are to be created in the "Basic Pay" infotype (0008) for the key date of the transition.

• If you select the Test Run checkbox, database changes are not written to table PBSTVOED_UEB and a BI session is not created.

• The Detail Log checkbox controls the log output.
  If you select this checkbox, a detailed log is output.

Annotations

Output

The report returns the results in an ALV list. You can format the list as required. If you choose not to create a log, the program creates an error and warning list.

The highest value for the reliability of the pay grade group assignment is 80, the lowest 20. For more information about the reliability of the pay grade group assignment, see SAP Note 845437(TVoeD: Transfer of Master Data, Part 1).
