Purpose

To generate a batch input session to maintain the comparison pay scale data for valuating on-call duty in TVoeD BT-K.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • The transition to TVoeD has taken place.
  • Standard screen 2002 of module pool MPV00800 is used with the fields for the comparison pay scale type, area, and group.

Features

The report maintains the comparison pay scale fields with the pay scale data before the transition to TVoeD. A batch input session is created for this purpose that adjusts all infotype records (0008) that fulfill the following conditions:

  • The infotype record lies in the data selection period.
  • The infotype record starts after the transition date.
  • The infotype record relates to TVoeD according to the internal pay scale type.
  • The comparison pay scale data for the infotype record has not yet been maintained.

Selection

Data Selection Period: Time-based restriction of infotype records to be adjusted (normally not required)

Person Selection Period: Date of transition

Selection: Further restrictions

Comparison Pay Scale Type from: Specifies whether the comparison pay scale data is to be taken from the backup table generated during the transition or from the infotype 0008 history from the day before the transition.

Create Batch Input Session: The batch input session is generated only if this is selected. Otherwise, the program runs in test mode.

Standard Variants

Output

  • Detailed log
  • Statistics for personnel numbers/data records processed
  • Error list if required (personnel number was not processed)
  • Warning list if required

Activities

Once the program has run successfully, process the batch input session generated.
