Description

The report to revaluate the Planned Working Time infotype (RPUWSH00) determines which Planned Working Time records (infotype 0007) feature a work schedule rule, employment percentage and working hours fields which do not correspond to the definition of the work schedule rule, and allows you to compare the data and adjust it if necessary. In order to compare and adjust them, infotype records are copied (and delimited). The selection screen allows you to select the data you want to process: the generated data is either imported directly or stored in a batch input session. Since data from the Planned Working Time infotype can be processed in time evaluation and in payroll, the report should be started if the definition of the work schedule rule changes in order to guarantee data consistency.

Output

A list is displayed showing the current infotype records and the records to be generated. If the Test run field is flagged when the report is started, the data to be generated is only displayed. The database is not updated, nor is a batch input session created.

The errors which have arisen can be displayed by clicking the 'Error list' button.

Example

In the customizing step "Set work schedule rules and work schedules", the weekly working time for the FLEX work schedule is changed from 36.50 hours to 38.00 hours to come into effect as of January 1, 1997. (The daily and annual working times change accordingly). This results in an inconsistency between the hours fields in the Planned Working Time infotype for employees with this work schedule rule, and the definition of the work schedule rule. You can start the report for a time interval which encompasses January 1, 1997, in order to obtain a comparison of the data.
