Title

HR-BE: Upgrade to multiple corrective SI declaration

Purpose

This report, which you must run before using the new declaration management program, allows you to convert any existing declarations in the system and enables multiple corrections.

The report reads all the existing declarations in the SI cluster (CX/WX) and creates an entry for each declaration in table SI declaration directory table (T5BSD). Note that it can only detect the statuses created (for newly created declarations) or released (for declarations saved on tape). In other words, it cannot determine whether a declaration was accepted, rejected or run in test mode. Once you have run the upgrade, it is recommended that you check and change the status with the new transaction if needed.

Check the status before starting working with the new multiple corrective function.

Integration

In addition to the directory table, the upgrade program also fills in the new status tables for original declarations as of 2000:

  • Employee information except reductions ( level 3 ) (T5BS3),
  • Employee remuneration and absence information ( level 4) (T5BS4),
  • Reductions for an employee reported on level 3 (T5BSR).

Prerequisites

You must have created and/or released at least one declaration in the system.
