Framework program of the SAP master data -> Prevosys (Data Connect) interface

Requirements

Master data is to be exported to the PF administration program "Prevosys".

Output

File as per interface specification version 1.5

The following restrictions must be taken into account:

• In case of a "data transfer", records are generally marked as "new"; for exports of "periodic data" they are generally marked as "mutations". Only those data records that changed in the specified period are exported. Employees joining or leaving are determined using the entry/departure date. Children cannot be deleted.

• It is prerequisite that ensured persons are assigned to exactly one pension fund in infotype 46.

• Only the following amounts are exported: Annual salary (P0008-ANSAL), ensured wage (P0046-VSSUM) and contribution wage (P0046-PRBAS).

• The personnel number does not fit into the "Master ID" field and is truncated if necessary.

• The telephone number (P0006-TELNR) is not split into prefix and number. It might be truncated.

• The only address type that is transferred is the "Postal Address."
