Purpose

Report RPUZFAD0_ZKNN is used to manage the ZK01 notifications received by the ZfA as part of the child allowance verification procedure that could not be assigned to a personnel number when the notifications were imported.

The reason why the notification cannot be assigned automatically can be because:

  • The name of the child allowance recipient specified in the notification is not spelled in the same way as the employee's name or
  • The child allowance recipient specified in the notification is not listed as an employee in the system.

You can use program RPUZFAD0_ZKNN to decide manually how these unassigned ZK01 notifications (ZKNN notifications) are to be handled.

  • If the notification cannot be assigned to an employee only because the spelling differs, you can assign it to a personnel number manually using an assignment screen.
In this case, this notification is processed in the same way as all automatically assigned ZK01 notifications.
  • If the child allowance recipient in the notification does not exist in the system or could not be found when you attempted to assign the notification manually, you can mark the notification with the status "Child Unknown".
Notifications with "Child Unknown" status can be handled with the notifications assigned to a personnel number using the report RPCZFAD0_KZ01.

ZK01 messages that have not been assigned can have the following status:

  • "New": The notification has been imported but could not be assigned to a personnel number yet.
  • "Manually Allocated": The notification has been manually assigned to a personnel number and moved to the database for regular ZK01 notifications that are assigned to a personnel number. This status is final and cannot be changed.
  • "Child Unknown": Notifications that have been marked with the status "Child Unknown" using this program can be returned to the ZfA with the response "Child Unknown" by the program RPCZFAD0_KZ01 together with the regular notifications assigned to a personnel number.
  • "Answered with 'Child Unknown'": Notifications that have been returned to the ZfA by report RPCZFAD0_KZ01 after they were marked with the status "Child Unknown" receive the status "Answered with 'Child Unknown'". This status is final and cannot be changed.

If Status Management (B2A Connection) is active, the initial status of the 'Child Unknown' replies is shown in the 'Reply Status' field:

  • Once the reply has been created in report RPCZFAD0_KZ01, the notification has the reply status "Reply Created".
  • After the replies have been collected and the XML files created and stored in the B2A Manager with report RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND, the notification has the reply status "Reply Collected".
  • Once the replies have been transferred by the B2A Manager, the notification has the reply status "Reply Transferred".
