Title

Purpose

The program can used for work with data batches created by the RPLHZPT2 program

Selection

Enter a period and input conditions of the PNP logical database to select (at least) employees occurring in the batch. If an employee is found who was not specifed in the selection, batch processing is rejected. This check prevents from processing the batch by an employee without authorization for all personal numbers in the batch.

Batch ID parameters must be specified in case you want to delete or to restore the batch. In such cases, use search help (F4) for the "Time code" parameter. Set also the "Test" parameter value as needed.

Batch ID parameters need not be specified in case of batch overview. When used (either date only or time code only), a set of displayed batches will be restricted.

Note: Deletion of the data batch is not permanent - data can be retrieved (by this program). However, a deleted batch is not taken into account when processing the T5TA2 table data.
