Purpose

Through report Collective request of COVID-19 allowances (RPU_PADES_SEPE_ERE_COLLEC_REQ), you can generate an ALV output with the information related to the employees undergoing a partial or total Employment Regulation Scheme (ERE)

When running the report, the following information is returned:

  • Data of the affected employees, such as name, surname, telephone number, zip code and IBAN.,,
  • Employment regulation action type.
  • Start and end date of the working hours reduction or suspension.
  • Working hours percentage of part-time contract and reduction percentage.
  • Daily regulatory basis in Euros.

Output

The report has the following characteristics.

  • It carries out a mass arrangement of all the employees undergoing an ERE according to the entered dates.
  • It returns the information in the same template format available in the National Employment Public Service (SEPE).
  • It allows the export of the same information that is originally available in the ALV to a .xlsx file.
  • It makes it possible to make a copy of all the information returned by the report directly on the ALV screen, without the data being affected by the paste process.

Note:

The report does not have the header information of the SEPE file. Therefore, you must copy the previously generated content and manually insert it in the ERTE Collective Request COVID-19 template.

Activities

  1. Access the report through transaction PC00_M04_ERE_COL_REQ or through the SAP menu selecting Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Spain-> Following activities-> Period independent-> Communication management-> Collective request of COVID-19 allowances.
  2. Fill in the fields in the report screen to filter the desired information.
  3. Run the report by pressing the Run button in the screen or the F8 key on the keyboard.
  4. Copy the employee information returned by the system.
