SAP E-Book

Purpose

After you transfer the events in batches, the SAP system performs a query to the eSocial national environment to find out whether a batch was processed or accepted, or to find out the status of the events in a batch, through the report eSocial: Batch query (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_POOLING_SCHED). In some cases, it is not possible to interpret the response message that comes from the eSocial national environment, for example, because the government released a new communication package that was still not installed in your system or because the response message is still unknown. In those cases, the event batch has status 6 - Error in the sending response processing or 7 - Error in the query response processing.

After implementing the solution that generated the first message interpretation problem, you use this report to request that the system reinterprets the response message that returned from the eSocial national environment.

Integration

Prerequisites

This report uses the authorization object P_EFD_DELE, activity B8 execute again. For more information, see the customizing activity Check user authorizations for reports.

You generated and sent the event batches.

Features

Selection

Select the batches to be reprocessed according to the identifier, the company code, the event type or the event type legal code.

Select whether the report should search batches that had errors in the sending or query response processing.

The error on the query response processing occurs if an unique event has been included in two batches at the same time. If you select the error search in the query response processing, you can also choose that the report searches for batches that were already reprocessed. Thus, select the field Rep.batches already proc., and choose batches with events that were already acepted. The report will reprocess the events with status 4 Waiting for correction. (Note that this solution will only work for users assigned to the authorization objeto P_EFD_DELE, activityB8 execute again.)

Standard Variants

Output

The output log shows the selected batches that were reprocessed and the response messages that the system interpreted after reprocessing the batches.

Activities

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Information system -> eSocial -> Tools -> Batch response reprocessing.

Example

  1. You sent an event batch by using the report eSocial: Event sending, and schedule the batch response query by using the report eSocial: Batch query.
  2. The system was not able to interpret the sending response message, because the government released a new communication package recently.
  3. You implement the correction to make the system compatible with the new communication package.
  4. You use this report to reprocess the batch, allowing the system to interpret the sending response message again and that you know what the eSocial national environment has returned.
