Purpose

You use this report to group events in batches and send them to the eSocial national environment. Based on your selection criteria, the report triggers the scheduling of the relevant send jobs. The jobs are run automatically and immediately after the scheduling.

If the SAP ERP HCM solution is integrated with the application SAP Tax Declaration Framework for Brazil (SAP TDF eSocial), this report groups the selected events and sends them to SAP TDF eSocial. When you integrate the solution SAP ERP HCM with TDF, the report can only be run in background.

Integration

This report is integrated with SAP TDF eSocial.

Prerequisites

The report considers only events with status Ready to send, so you must have generated and checked the relevant events.

If you want to use the integration with SAP TDF eSocial, follow the next steps:

  1. Activate the connection with the cockpit of SAP TDF eSocial in the customizing activity Specify use of external cockpit, using the value 2 for the option eSocial: Use of external cockpit (EFDEX).
  2. Activate the sending of eSocial events to the cockpit of SAP TDF eSocial in the BAdI: eSocial - Sending of events to SAP TDF.

Features

Selection

The selection screen fields filter the events. You can filter the events by company, sending expiration date, event type and legal code of the event type.

You can also specify the maximum number of events that the system can process each time. In order to do so, use the Maximum number of events field.

The option Number of events for sending to TDF can only be filled in if the integration with SAP TDF eSocial is active. The field specifies how many events are sent each time from SAP ERP HCM to SAP TDF eSocial.

Standard Variants

Output

The output log displays different information in case the integration with SAP TDF eSocial is active or not:

  • SAP ERP HCM: The report displays the ID numbers of the scheduled jobs.
The report generates the jobs with the name /HCMBR/EFD/BATCH_CREATION_SEND and an ID number (the same number is displayed in the output log). After running the report, you can see the send jobs result by accessing the transaction SM37, or by selecting, in the report output log, Systems -> Own jobs.
  • SAP ERP HCM integrated with SAP TDF eSocial: The report displays a message that informs how many events were selected and how many were sent to SAP TDF eSocial.

Activities

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Information system -> eSocial -> Event sending -> Event sending.
