RPU_PAYCO_PILA_UPLD_TO_CLUSTER - Update cluster PILA based on file

Purpose

This report allows loading a manually modified file to the PILA cluster (cluster X1) in order to generate a correction form.

The report reads the manually modified flat file and stores the information by employee in the PILA cluster. All the employees of the flat file have data stored in the cluster.

The only exception in which the data is not stored in the cluster is when the employee can not be found by the identification number of the document.

Example

You have run report "Integrated Form of Contribution Settlement" (RPC_PAYCO_PILA) for an specific month.

Then you detected an error and corrected it manually in the text file before delivering this file to your operator.

After submitting the file, you must generate a correction form and records 02 already sent to your operator must be included in the file along with the new records.

Since you made manual corrections to the flat text file, these corrections are not stored in the PILA cluster. In these situations, you must update the PILA cluster with the contents of the file that was manually changed before generating a correction form.

To do so, use report RPU_PAYCO_PILA_UPLD_TO_CLUSTER. The PILA cluster will be updated according to the text file content.

Then, you will be able to generate a correction form with the correct information using report RPC_PAYCO_PILA.
